Gig Harbor Full House Remodel
We completed a full remodel of this beautiful condo in Gig Harbor, WA, originally built in the late 1980s. The entire home was upgraded from top to bottom, including a new kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring, modern doors and trims, fresh interior paint, and all-new light fixtures. The result is a bright, open, and cohesive design that combines timeless charm with modern functionality.
What we did
1. Kitchen Remodel
We completely transformed the kitchen by installing sleek white shaker-style cabinets, a central island for added workspace, elegant quartz countertops, and a classic subway tile backsplash. The project also included the installation of new stainless-steel appliances for a polished finish.

2. Bathroom Remodels
We remodeled both the master and guest bathrooms. In the master, we removed the separating wall to open up the space, tiled the shower with a built-in niche and shelves, and installed a modern L-shaped glass enclosure. We added a double-sink vanity with a quartz countertop, new toilet, and stylish Delta fixtures. The guest bathroom received a new tub with tiled walls, an extra-wide shampoo niche, and a new vanity and fixtures.

3. Flooring
We replaced all flooring throughout the condo. Engineered hardwood was installed in the main living areas, luxury vinyl in the bathrooms for moisture protection, and soft carpeting in the bedrooms for comfort.

4. Finish Work
